Unless, of course, you book a flight to South America for the start of Argentina’s ski season.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Las Leñas, in particular, rates as one of the best South American areas to satisfy a ski fix. The mountain is still ten days away from opening (June 13<sup>th</sup>), yet already has 158 inches of powder at the summit (11,253 feet). It’s not often you see the words “mid-season ski conditions” and “June” used in the same sentence.</p>
